1. General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions govern the registration, payment, and participation in any course, training, seminar, workshop, or educational event (hereinafter referred to as the “Event”) organized by Orthoface Global (hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”). By submitting a registration form for an Event through our website, you automatically agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Registration and Validation of Eligibility

      • Registration Process: To secure a seat at any Event, participants must complete the official registration form with accurate, current, and complete professional and contact data.

      • Discount Eligibility: The Organizer may offer preferential financial tiers for specific categories (e.g., Members of Partner Associations, Students, or Residents) and Group Registrations (minimum of 5 participants), depending on the specific Event structure.

      • Verification Requirements: If you register under a discounted tier (Partner or Student/Resident), you are required to upload an official supporting document (e.g., student ID, proof of enrollment, or association membership certificate) during the registration process.

      • Audit of Documents: The Organizer reserves the right to review all uploaded documents. If the uploaded file is invalid, illegible, or does not match the chosen pricing criteria, the registration tier will be adjusted to the standard fee, and a corrected estimate will be issued.

    3. Invoicing and Payment Terms

        • Billing Options: Participants can opt for individual invoicing (Personal) or corporate invoicing (Company). Accurate fiscal details must be provided at the time of registration.

        • Estimate: Upon submitting the registration form, an estimate (payment notice detailing the costs) will be generated and sent via email to the address provided.

        • Confirmation of Seat: Submission of the form alone does not guarantee a seat at the Event. Your participation is strictly subject to the full payment of the amount specified in the estimate within the deadline indicated on the document.

        • Final Invoice: Following the confirmation of bank transfer settlement based on the approved estimate, a final fiscal invoice will be issued and delivered to your billing email address.

      4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

We understand that unexpected circumstances arise. However, due to logistical commitments, the following cancellation terms apply to all Events unless specified otherwise on the individual Event page:

          • Cancellations made more than 30 days before the Event: Eligible for a full (100%) refund of the paid registration fee, minus bank processing fees.

          • Cancellations made between 14 and 30 days before the Event: Eligible for a 50% refund of the paid registration fee.

          • Cancellations made less than 14 days before the Event: Registration fees are completely non-refundable.

          • Participant Substitution: You may substitute a colleague or fellow professional in your place at no extra charge, provided you notify the Organizer at contact@orthoface.global at least 48 hours before the Event starts. The substitute must meet the same tier criteria, or the price difference must be settled.

        5. Event Alteration or Cancellation by Organizer

            • The Organizer reserves the right to modify the schedule, venue, speakers, or structural format of the training due to force majeure, unforeseen technical issues, or insufficient registration numbers.

            • In the rare event that the training is entirely canceled by the Organizer, participants will receive a 100% refund of their registration fees. The Organizer is not liable for any auxiliary costs incurred by participants (e.g., travel or accommodation bookings).

          6. Intellectual Property & Code of Conduct

              • All materials, presentations, documents, and concepts shared during any Event are the exclusive intellectual property of the Organizer and its lecturers. Recording, copying, or distributing these materials without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

              • Participants are expected to maintain a professional and respectful demeanor throughout the event. The Organizer reserves the right to remove any participant whose behavior disrupts the educational environment, without entitlement to a refund.
